Osteopath – Relocate to New Zealand

Waikato Osteopathic Centre is an established multidisciplinary clinic in Hamilton and we're looking for a qualified osteopath to join our team. Two osteopaths have recently relocated and demand for appointments continues to exceed our current capacity, meaning you'll step into a clinic with an existing flow of new patients rather than spending months building a caseload. What it's actually like working here You treat patients. We take care of everything else. • Reception manages bookings, payments and phone calls. • We handle ACC administration and invoicing. • The clinic invests in advertising and referral relationships. • No sales targets, KPIs or pressure to hit arbitrary numbers. • Clinical autonomy with support whenever you need it. • 32–45 hours per week over 4 or 5 days between Monday and Friday. Your caseload You'll see a genuinely varied patient population including: • Sports injuries. • Acute and persistent musculoskeletal pain. • Pregnancy and postnatal care. • Babies and children. • Office workers, tradespeople and older adults. There is also immediate opportunity to develop specialist interests, particularly paediatrics, women's health and cranial osteopathy. Income and support We believe in being upfront about what you can realistically earn, particularly when you're comparing the opportunity with your current earnings in the UK. You’ll receive a guaranteed minimum of NZD $35/hour, with additional performance-based earnings calculated topped up to 60% of patient and ACC invoices paid. Based on the current demand and working hours, we consider NZD $82,800–$96,600 per year a realistic total earning range for a full-time osteopath once established. There is genuine opportunity to build a busy diary quickly, with no artificial limits on your earning potential. For employees, ACC levies and professional insurance costs are also covered by the clinic. About you We're looking for osteopaths who are: • Qualified and registered or eligible to register with the GOsC • Strong communicators with sound clinical reasoning. • Comfortable treating a wide range of musculoskeletal presentations. • Interested in continuing to learn and develop. New graduates are welcome, and mentoring is available. Relocating from overseas?
