MSK Osteo Lead

Ideal position for an osteopath to get into clinical management and leadership. The role would consist of clinical case work as well as non-clinical management, such as training, mentoring, CPD, 121s. The position will also involve being part of the Senior Leadership team and involved in developing Bodytonic Clinic and delivering excellence and growth within the company. Prior management experience desired but not essential as support, training and development are provided. Ideal candidate would be 5 years+, BUPA registered, have a passion for helping to develop other osteopaths (especially new graduates) & a strong belief in collaboration within a multidisciplinary team. Ideal candidate would also have great communication & excellent organisation skills. Remuneration based upon enhanced base salary, performance related bonus and benefits package.
