Roles & Responsibilities

Are you a new graduate looking to expand your clinical knowledge in a busy clinic under the support and guidance of experienced professionals? Are you an experienced osteopath looking for your next role in an environment where you do not need to worry about bringing in patients, but only to focus on being the best osteopath you can be? This position is for you!

The practice has been established for over 33 years in Rugby town centre and has built a strong reputation both in Rugby and the surrounding areas for an exceptional standard of care. We are ideally centrally located within an easy reach of the Rugby train station, which has easy links to London and the surrounding counties. We are multidisciplinary practice with multiple treatment rooms, and our cohesive team consists of osteopaths and sports therapists.

We pride ourselves in offering multiple treatment and management options to patients. Our osteopaths work together with our sports therapists to complement osteopathic treatments and to perform in depth rehabilitation and management plans. Our practice ethos is to see our patients through to the final stages of recovery and beyond. The team understand that every patient is an individual and, therefore, tailor treatment plans to their unique requirements.

We are looking to expand the clinic by recruiting a variety of health practitioners in the future to provide the best possible care for our patients. Our associates are encouraged to grow in skills and knowledge through in house CPD training and ongoing support. We also strive to maintain a comfortable and friendly working environment where we can learn from each other and support one another.

The associate position is being offered flexibly either full time or part time and on either an employed or self-employed basis. The individual will be taking over a pre-existing busy list of patients with a competitive salary/percentage fee split that is based on experience. Our practitioners regularly see new patients due to our strong reputation, regular referrals and sound marketing format. We will continue to train and mentor you, as well as funding an external CPD course per year. Work-life balance is also important to us, so we can provide a format of hours and days that benefit both you and the clinical team. Additionally, we also organise team social events.
