Roles & Responsibilities

Who are we?
Located in the heart of Rugby, the practice has been established for over 33 years and has built a strong reputation throughout Warwickshire and the surrounding areas for an exceptional standard of care. We are a multidisciplinary practice and our cohesive team consists of osteopaths and sports therapists. The clinic is located within easy reach of Rugby train station, which has good links to London and the surrounding counties.

Our osteopaths work closely with our sports therapists to provide complementary treatments and to provide in depth rehabilitation and management plans. Our ethos is to see our patients all the way through to the final stages of recovery and beyond. The team understand that every patient is an individual and will tailor treatment plans to their unique requirements. Our practitioners regularly see new patients due to our strong reputation, referrals and a sound marketing format. We also strive to maintain a comfortable, friendly and social working environment where we can support and learn from one another.

What is the role offering?
The associate position is being offered either full time or part time and on either an employed or self-employed basis. The individual will be taking over a pre-existing busy list of patients. The individual will benefit from a competitive employment salary and monthly bonus schemes or a generous self-employed percentage fee split that is based on skills and experience.
We will continue to support you as you grow professionally and we understand the importance of career progression. As you develop, you will benefit from progression opportunities, such as stepping into a more senior role and taking on more responsibility within the practice. We provide mentoring from experienced practitioners, as well as encouraging team CPD and funding one external CPD course every year. Work-life balance is also important to us, so we can provide a format of hours and days that benefit both you and the clinical team. Additionally, we also organise team social events.
