Roles & Responsibilities
The Medical Team at Newbury RFC are looking to recruit a new team member for the upcoming 2023/24 season. The role is a dual one as we’ll be assisting our local neighbours Hungerford RFC for clinic evening (ideally Tuesday) and clinic evening at Newbury RFC (Thursday) as well as match day cover for the Ladies’ 2nd XV matches (predominantly Sundays).
Pre-season begins in July with Ladies’ fixtures starting in September and will continue through until April. There will also be opportunities to cover other fixtures and events held at the club throughout the year and with the lead therapist’s private clinic and contacts
The club is supportive of therapists’ development – with this role being ideal for newly qualified therapists. The medical team provide a supportive and open environment and Newbury RFC is a very welcoming and sociable club.
Pay will be on a sessional basis (discussed at interview) and transport to all away games can be arranged with all medical supplied provided by the club
If you’re interested in working for this thriving club and being part of the Blues family, please send your CV to Martin Paice on nrfcphysio@gmail.com
