About Candidate
My rigorous four-year training at the prestigious University College of Osteopathy is complimented by my interdisciplinary background. Having worked professionally as an actor for a decade, I am able to effectively and thoughtfully communicate complex ideas, while building and sustaining professional networks. These skills were refined further working as a yoga teacher for a diverse range of clientele, and granted me an integrated understanding of embodiment, with confidence in creating and holding space for therapeutic practice. During my training as an osteopath, I used these skills to develop patient-centered, holistic, and effective treatment plans for my patients. My ability to build rapport and trust with those in my care was evidenced through invariably positive feedback during my placement at the Royal Free Hospital in London. Lastly, and most importantly, I am curious and passionate about health and healing. I aim to continue building on my education by exploring additional modalities that advance my practice, in particular, through cranial and involuntary movement studies.
